Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between your business and LiveKaatha for using the LiveKaatha software: the web app at dashboard.livekaatha.com, the desktop apps and the mobile apps (together, the service). By using the service you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us at support@livekaatha.com.
1. Your account
There is no public sign-up. LiveKaatha creates a business account and an owner login for you after you contact us. The owner can add managers and decide which modules each one may open.
- Keep your passwords private. Anything done from your logins is treated as done by your business.
- Tell us at once at support@livekaatha.com if you think a login has been misused; we will reset it.
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business.
2. Acceptable use
Use the service for your own business's records. Do not:
- try to reach another business's data or any part of the system you are not given access to;
- copy, resell or sublicense the software, or use automated tools against it beyond normal use;
- upload anything unlawful, or use the service to break the law or someone else's rights;
- overload or disrupt the service on purpose.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules while we look into it, and we will tell you why.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Free trial: 14 days, every module, no card needed. At the end you can choose a plan or walk away; your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
- Monthly and yearly plans: cover one business for the period paid, with unlimited users and records. Renew before the period ends to keep access; if a plan is not renewed, access is paused until it is, and after 30 days the account is closed and its data deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Lifetime plan: a one-time payment for a permanent licence for one business, hosted and maintained by us, with no renewal. It is for that business and cannot be transferred to another business without our agreement.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and are per business. We may change prices for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for, or a lifetime licence.
- Refunds: a payment covers the period or licence bought. We do not refund the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it or where the service was unavailable for a long stretch through our fault.
- Custom features, on-site training and licences for several shops are quoted separately and agreed in writing.
4. Your data
Everything you enter into LiveKaatha belongs to your business. We hold it only to run the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- You can export your data as CSV at any time.
- We take backups every day so it can be restored if something goes wrong on our side.
- Our staff look at your records only when you ask for help or when needed to keep the service working.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own tax and legal filings. LiveKaatha helps you keep books; it does not replace your accountant.
5. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available at all times, but no online service is perfect. Short interruptions for maintenance or updates may happen; we schedule them outside working hours where we can. We may improve or change features, and will not remove a module you rely on without telling you first.
The desktop and mobile apps are provided as downloads and store listings; you install them at your own choice. Updates may be required to keep working with the service.
6. Support
Support is by email and WhatsApp, in your language. We reply within one working day. Set-up, data import and help getting started are included in every plan, as described on the pricing page.
7. Ownership of the software
LiveKaatha, its code, design and name belong to us. Your plan gives your business the right to use the service for as long as the plan lasts; it does not transfer the software to you. Custom features we build for you become part of the service; if you need exclusivity, we agree that in writing before we start.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide the service with care, but it is provided as is, without a promise that it is free of every error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost data caused by things outside our control, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your business paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
- You can stop at any time by emailing support@livekaatha.com. Export your data first; it is deleted within 30 days of closure.
- We can end the agreement if you break these terms and do not put it right after we ask, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we give at least 90 days' notice and refund any unused period. A lifetime licence holder receives a full export and a pro-rated goodwill refund agreed with you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we notify the owner by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking is brought before the courts of Peshawar, Pakistan.
